Call #87 - Class with Station 79.

This past Saturday Morning the C.C. Camp VFD participated in a Water Supply Class with State Road VFD Station 79. Station 65 responded with Pumper-Tanker 1.

Call #86 - 10-50 PI

This past Friday Morning the C.C. Camp VFD responded to a 10-50 PI on Interstate 77 at the 86 Mile Marker South Bound. Station 65 responded with Engine 1 & Brush 2 and several personnel.

Call #85 - Structure Fire

The C.C. Camp VFD responded to a rekindle of a structure fire today on Elkin Wildlife Road. Station 65 responded with Engine 1, Engine 2, Pumper-Tanker 1, Pumper-Tanker 2 and Truck 1. State Road VFD Station 79 also responded with an Engine and a Tanker. Boonville VFD Station 13 responded an Engine to Station 65A to standby while they were out on the structure fire.

Call #84 - Structure Fire

The C.C. Camp VFD was called to a structure fire this afternoon on Elkin Wildlife Road at the Ghost Riders Bar & Restaurant. First arriving units advised that they had a working structure fire with heavy smoke and flames visible. Station 65 responded with Engine 1, Engine 2, Pumper-Tanker 1, Pumper-Tanker 2, Truck 1 and Brush 1 & Brush 2 for traffic control. State Road VFD Station 79 and South Surry Station 74 also responded with tankers and personnel. Elkin Fire Station 16 also responded with personnel to assist with fire suppression. Jot-Um-Down VFD Station 66 responded with a Tanker and Personnel to Station 65A to standby along with an Engine and Personnel from Boonville VFD. Elkin  Fire also responded to Main Station 65 with an engine while station 65 had 7 C.C. Camp Fire Trucks tied up on the structure fire. Pleasant Hill Station 33 responded to State Road VFD Station 79 to standby for them while they were assisting Station 65. The Surry County EMS and the Elkin Rescue Squad stood by at the scene during the fire call.

Call #83 - 10-50 PD

This past Saturday afternoon the C.C. Camp VFD was called to a 10-50 PD at Chandler Road on Highway 601 South in the Crutchfield Community. Station 65 responded with Brush 2 for traffic control.

Call #82 - Structure Fire

This past Saturday morning just before noon The C.C. Camp VFD was called to assist Jot-Um-Down Station 66 on a working house fire on Southard Road. Station 65 responded with Pumper-Tanker 2. State Road VFD Station 79 and Central Surry Station 77 also responded to the scene with apparatus and personnel.

Call #81 - Traffic Control

Station 65 Brush 2 and 3 personnel assisted with traffic control yesterday afternoon at White Pine Trail and Highway 268. A tractor & trailer had a flat tire and had one lane blocked until a crew could get on the scene and get the truck tire repaired.

Call #80 - Tree in Roadway

The C.C. Camp VFD was called to a tree in the roadway around 1:30 PM yesterday. Station 65 responded with Brush 2 and several personnel to Highway 268 just East of Gentry Road.

Call #79 - 10-50

The C.C. Camp VFD was called to a 10-50 last night on Interstate 77 at the 87 Mile Marker North Bound. First arriving units on the scene advised that there was no injuries on the scene and all units were cancelled enroute. Station 65 Engine 1 and several personnel responded.

Call #78 - 10-50 PI with Car Fire

The C.C. Camp VFD responded to a 10-50 PI & Car Fire today on Interstate 77 at the South Bound Exit Ramp to C.C. Camp Road (Exit 85). Station 65 Engine 1 was on the scene quickly and the car was extinguished quickly. Station 65 also responded with Pumper-Tanker 1 & Brush 1 and 12 personnel.
